Student weekend passes will be checked in and available to purchase at the door with a valid high school or college student ID. If you purchase a student pass online, you must have a valid student ID with you at check in or you will be asked to pay for a new pass, and your student pass will not be refunded.

Mid West Music Fest is a family friendly festival. Kids 16 and under are free with a paid adult. Please note not all acts may be appropriate for children and not all venues are all ages.

What You CANNOT bring:
Tents, flags, musical instruments, knives or other weapons, outside alcohol, drugs, drug paraphernalia, fireworks, coolers, glass containers, and anything deemed suspicious, inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive at venues and festival grounds.
Smoking is not allowed inside any venue or in crowds in the main fest grounds.
Pets are not allowed inside the main fest grounds.
What you CAN bring:
Bring your photo ID
Cash, some vendors and/or venues may require cash.
Blankets, Lawn chairs (if placed away from stages), small backpacks, water bottles.
Appropriate gear for rain or shine
Q: Where do I get tickets?
A: Tickets are available online HERE!
Day-of ticket sales for the Fests start at 4pm on Friday and 10am on Saturday.
Q: Are kids allowed? Is there a minimum age requirement?
A: Kids of all ages are allowed. Kids 16 years old and under are free with a paid adult. Please note that not all acts may be appropriate for children, and some venues have an age limit. High school and college students can purchase a festival weekend pass for $45 with valid student ID.
Q: Do any of the venues have age restrictions?
A: Yes, No Name Bar is a 21+ venue.
Q: What happens if it rains on the days of the festival?
A: MWMF is a rain or shine festival. The Levee Park stage & Petes Biergarten has a tent and other venues are indoors. Please note that set times might change due to weather conditions. Details of any changes in requirements will be communicated as early as possible and will be shared on the event/venue website and social media channels.
Q: Are there any free shows?
A: Yes, you can still see good music even if you don’t have a ticket! Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm at The Levee is free to the general public.
Q: Is MWMF ADA Accessible?
All MWMF venues are ADA accessible.
Q: What is your ticket sale policy?
A: All ticket sales are final.
Q: Are there volunteer opportunities at MWMF?
A: Yes! Volunteer opportunities will open up in mid-January, so please check back!
Q: Do you pay your artists?
A: MWMF is proud to say that all artists are paid for their performance, because of the generosity of our sponsors, donors, and ticket holders. Remember, a strong arts scene starts with community buy-in. So go out there and buy a t-shirt or something!
