MWMF FESTIVAL FAQ
Covid-19 Health Policy & Entry Requirements MWMF will be requiring FULL vaccination (completion of two dose series more than 14 days prior to the festival) or negative PCR test within 72 hours of the event start. MWMF encourages mask wearing at all times unless eating or drinking. No at home tests will be accepted. By attending MWMF, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home and get tested. Thank you for helping to keep our communities safe!
Q: Where do I check-in for my wristband?
A: All ticket-holders can visit the Levee Check-in booth at the base of Levee Park for a wristband. You must check in each day of the fest. No two-day wristbands will be given out...because who wants to sleep with a wristband on after all.
Q: Where do I get tickets? A: Tickets are available online at www.tixr.com/groups/midwestmusicfest or on the day of the festival in these locations:
For the Winona festival, tickets are available at Levee Park or at ticketed venues.
Day-of ticket sales for the Winona Fest will start at 3pm on Friday and 9am on Saturday. Q: Are kids allowed? Is there a minimum age requirement? A: Kids of all ages are allowed. Kids 13 years old and under are free with a paid adult. Please note that not all acts may be appropriate for children, and some venues have an age limit. High school and college students can purchase a festival weekend pass for $20 with valid student ID. Q: Do any of the venues have age restrictions? A: Yes, No Name Bar in Winona is a 21+ venue.
Q: What about Food and Drinks?
No outside alcohol will be permitted into any venue. Each venue has their own food policy, but most will allow outside food. At Levee Park, you will find an assortment of food and drink vendors including Bleu Duck Kitchen, Cafe Steam Coffee, Infuzn Foods, and others outside of the ticketed area.
Q: What happens if it rains on the days of the festival?
A: MWMF is a rain or shine festival. Please note that set times or locations might change due to weather conditions. Details of any changes in requirements will be communicated as early as possible and will be shared on the event/venue website, social media channels, and in the app.
Q: Are there any free shows?
A: Yes, you can still see good music even if you don’t have a ticket! (You should buy a ticket or at least donate a little bit though, don’t you think?) During the Winona weekend, the Acoustic Café and Blooming Grounds stages will be FREE and open to the public along with a FREE show on Saturday morning from 12-4pm at Levee Park featuring Annie and the Bang Bang, Beet Root Stew, My Grandma’s Cardigan, Mr. Bob’s Puppet’s and more!

All MWMF venues in Winona are ADA accessible. Please reach out if you have additional questions.
Q: What is your ticket sale policy? What if the event is canceled?
A: All ticket sales are final unless the festival is canceled, in which case all tickets will be refunded.
